A. Author residing in Iraq:
The publication fee is 150,000 IQD.

B. Postgraduate Student (M.Sc. and Ph.D.)

Postgraduate students enrolled in accredited universities are eligible for a 30% reduction in the publication fee upon providing valid proof of enrollment.

B. Authors residing outside Iraq:

The journal waiver policy statement suggests no fees are required for developing countries with low-income countries, according to the World Bank Country Classification by Income level the World Bank Country classification.

Publication fees, waivers, or discounts do not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of their scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.
